Our Lesson Policies

Lessons must be paid for in advance. Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours incur a $50 per hour fee. Cancellations within 24 hours, no-shows, or lessons where the learner is unfit to drive will forfeit the lesson fee.

Please contact the office if you need to change your lesson’s drop-off or pick-up location. Our trainers allow 15 minutes between lessons to travel from one location to the next. Any last-minute changes could result in a shorter lesson time if sufficient notice isn’t provided.

Thank you for helping us keep lessons on schedule!

If your trainer is sick we will endeavour to give you the same lesson time with another instructor.

Payment is required at least 7 days before each lesson, the first lesson of a package or a lesson & test package. Please pay via direct debit to:

We’ve noticed a growing interest in pick-ups and drop-offs in outer suburbs, and we’re exploring the possibility of including these areas in our services. However, it’s important to keep in mind that approximately half of a one-hour lesson may be spent driving to and from the built-up areas of town.

Lessons in built-up areas are essential for learners to gain valuable experience navigating traffic, roundabouts, traffic lights, hills, and performing key manoeuvres. Our goal isn’t just about helping students clock up their hours—it’s about developing safer, smarter, and more confident drivers.

Thank you for understanding as we strive to provide the best possible training for every learner.
